Through the management of property and the monitoring of loans for California-Western States Life Insurance Company, a relationship was developed which soon led to the appointment of the company as a loan correspondent. Subsequently, enduring relationships evolved with additional quality life insurance companies and other institutional sources.

Today, Q10 | Dwyer-Curlett & Co. continues to be independently owned by partners that are active in the business on a daily basis and is a leading provider of commercial real estate capital solutions in Southern California and Nevada. The Company presently services income property loans totaling over $4 billion on behalf of life insurance companies and other institutional lenders.
